The IBU Summer Brew Competition ingredient is rye. The July 13th IBU meeting will be the collection day for the competition beers. In an effort to increase our club's competition conformity, we will be using Beerscores online signup for this one - and it is free to paid IBU members of course.
Additionally, per the standard of BJCP competitions, we will ask that you use brown long neck 12oz bottles with no ornamentation. Caps will need to be the bronze colored with no wording on them. If you don't have any please ask a board member. We are happy to help you with this.

Rules For This Competition
|
- Entries can be hand carried and dropped off at shipping location(s) specified below
- Pre-registered entries can be hand carried to competition by out of town judges and stewards
- 2 - 12oz bottles for each entry
- Bottles should be free from identifying marks such as raised lettering on the bottle
- Bottle caps must be free of writing or label. If cap has writing or label, it should be blacked out by a black marker prior to entry
- Bottle labels should be securely affixed with a rubber band.
- Entries can be hand carried and dropped off at one of the drop off location(s) specified below
