This is the ATF Homebrew Club's annual home brew competition held in New Bern NC. This is our 6th annual event and it continues to get better each and every year. We have many great donations from around the craft beer world to be given away at our after party drawing and awards ceremony. Please come out and participate in the festivities.
Registration opens on September
1, 2017 and closes September 30, 2017. All entries must be received by EOB
October 7 with the exception of registered
Judges and Stewards being allowed to bring their entries upon arrival. Competition
will be held on October 14, 2017. Cost
for registration is $7.00 per entry.
Rules For This Competition:
- Entries can be hand carried and dropped off at shipping
location(s) specified below.
- No more than 5 entries per person are allowed.
- Bottles should be free from identifying marks such as raised
lettering on the bottle.
- Bottle caps must be free of writing or label. If cap has
writing or label, it should be blacked out by a black marker prior to
entry.
- Judges and Stewards will earn BJCP experience points.
- Bottle labels should be inside of a waterproof
wrapper/ziplock bag, securely affixed to the bottle with a rubber band.
- 2 - 12oz standard brown longneck bottles for each entry.
- Entrants should not expect return of bottle after
competition.
All
entries not following these rules are subject to disqualification at the
Competition Organizer’s discretion.
